Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Our PRP supports children and adults on their journey to improved mental wellness by helping them build essential life skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and connect with vital community resources.
Key services include:

Independent Living Skills – Support with daily routines like hygiene, meal prep, and budgeting

Emotional Wellness & Coping Skills – Tools to manage stress, anger, and frustration

Job Readiness – Resume building, mock interviews, and employment support, including for those with criminal backgrounds

Education Support – GED referrals (LIFT), financial aid guidance, and help returning to school

Housing & Transportation Assistance – Help finding housing and navigating public transit

Vital Document Support – Assistance obtaining ID, Social Security cards, and birth certificates

Connection to Community Resources – Food banks, benefit drives, resource/job fairs, and more

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program
Our outpatient SUD program supports sustained remission and long-term recovery through a holistic approach that includes group, individual, and family therapy. We combine evidence-based treatment with wraparound services that promote the development of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Supported Employment Program
Our Supported Employment Program helps individuals living with behavioral health conditions prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment. We believe that work is not only a path to financial independence but also a vital part of the recovery journey.

Medication Management
Program
Our Medication Management Program provides psychiatric and addiction-focused medication support as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Services are delivered by licensed psychiatric providers and are coordinated with engagement in outpatient therapy or our SUD program.
Services include:

Psychiatric Medication Management – Ongoing evaluation and prescriptions to support mental health stability

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) – Agonist therapies including:

Buprenorphine (Suboxone)

Naloxone

Monthly Vivitrol injections

This program is designed to support recovery, improve mental health outcomes, and enhance quality of life through responsible, coordinated medication care.
