Our Mission
We are here to support the recovery of individuals with mental illness and substance abuse. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with understanding, quality care, kindness, compassion, and respect.
We educate our community to help eliminate mental health stigma.
We incorporate teaching about mental illness along with therapy and medication management to empower our clients to make the best decisions about their mental health and help them feel confident in their care. At K&I Healthcare Services our clients are more than just a number. We approach everyone with compassion and an open mind.
K&I Healthcare Services, LLC was founded in 2019 by two providers wanting to bring personable care and help those in need to Maryland. Our goal is to empower individuals, families, and communities to take control of their own destiny.
Our Services & Programs
K&I Healthcare Services offers an extensive range of community-based behavioral healthcare services to include evaluations, medication management, mental health evaluations, therapeutic
outpatient behavioral on-site services, individual therapy, Supportive Employment, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP).
Therapy services may be rendered in a variety of settings, including the client's
residence, school, and/or job site, in addition to a more traditional office location.
Medication Management
Our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners assess, diagnose and treat the mental health needs of patients and substance abuse problems. The quality and supportive care they give reassures our clients that K&I will be there for them through their journey of healing.
Our team of mental health counselors and therapists offer guidance to individuals, couples, families and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. We focus on empowering those in our community to improve overall mental health and regain individual confidence.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program & Supportive Employment
It is K&I's goal to help connect clients with community living. Our PRP team is here to help enrich the daily living experiences by providing comprehensive resources to aid them along with their counseling and medication management.
Our Supportive Employment team is here to help clients take that step to living more confidently in the working field.
