K&I Contact Terms

 By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using K&I Healthcare Services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

K&I Healthcare Services offers a variety of mental health and substance use services, including but not limited to:

  • Outpatient therapy

  • Psychiatric rehabilitation programs

  • Substance Use Disorder Program 

  • Case management

  • Supported Employment Program

  • Medication Management 

  • Psychotherapy 

 

K&I reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless accompanied by a legal guardian. By using K&I Healthcare Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide notice in compliance with K&I’s cancellation policy.

  • Adhere to any treatment or recovery plans developed during your care.

  • Abide by any agreements made regarding fees, insurance, or co-pays.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the termination of services.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. We adhere to strict confidentiality policies as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment including insurance, credit cards, and other financial arrangements. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or fees not covered by your insurance provider.

Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services. K&I Healthcare Services reserves the right to use third-party collection services if necessary.

7. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

K&I Healthcare Services requires 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice within this time frame will result in a cancellation fee as per our Cancellation Policy.

8. Use of Our Website

You may use the K&I Healthcare Services website and associated online services for lawful purposes only. By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Access or attempt to access information that you are not authorized to view.

K&I reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website if you violate these terms.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, and K&I Healthcare Services is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those third-party websites.

10. SMS Communications and Opt-Out

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding our services and other relevant information. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a message sent to you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or send "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Assistance and Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@kihealthcareservices.com.

Carriers and Messaging

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages, but we cannot guarantee that messages will be received by you in a timely manner. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

K&I Healthcare Services and its employees are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of K&I Healthcare Services must be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in the state in which the services were provided.

13. Termination

K&I Healthcare Services reserves the right to terminate services if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
