Medication Management
Our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners assess, diagnose and treat the mental health needs of patients and substance abuse problems.
We provide management of addiction with suboxone and monthly Vivitrol injections.
The quality and supportive care our team gives reassures our clients that K&I will be there for them through their journey of healing.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Program (PRP)
K&I Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services are provided in the community, office, home and virtually. A wide range of services are organized within a comprehensive therapeutic environment that includes screening and assessment, diagnostic determination, psychiatric rehabilitation (individual and group encounters), educational programming, person served advocacy, and referral to community resources. Persons Served are assigned to Rehabilitation Coordinators (Counselors) who assist them in individual planning and care. Additionally, services include consultation with family and/or professional care providers.
PRP services are available to all population groups. Priority is given to adults with chronic or severe mental illness and children at risk for out-of-home placement.

Therapy & Counseling
Our team of mental health counselors and therapists offer guidance to individuals, couples, families and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. We focus on empowering those in our community to improve overall mental health and regain individual confidence.
K&I offers supported employment to help people in the community, living with behavioral health conditions, educate and find a of their choosing.
Employment is an essential part of recovery and an effective means of financial freedom.
We encourage our clients to take part of this program to continue to grow and thrive on their road to recovery.

Integrated Care
Integrated care is a healthcare delivery approach that focuses on the whole person and
provides integrated healthcare coordination and care management that includes primary
care and behavioral healthcare for adults, children and adolescents.
Outpatient Treatment
The philosophy of K&I Health Care OT program is “to break the stigma of mental health and substance abuse while empowering individuals to seek help and promoting recovery.” Adults, adolescents, children, and family members will be empowered to make decisions about their care with the expected outcome of an increased quality of life. K&I Health Care will work to eliminate stigma associated with behavioral health and addictions by providing access to services and educating the community as a whole.
Family Care
K&I Healthcare Services believes that family and or a client’s identified supports has a central role to play in the treatment of behavioral health problems. It is
the policy of K&I to integrate the clients identified family/support in the treatment
and recovery process, with the client’s consent, as much as possible and clinically appropriate through coordinated educational activities.
