Cancellation Policy
K&I Healthcare Booking Policy By requesting an appointment through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Appointment Requests – Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. A K&I Healthcare staff member will contact you to confirm availability, complete any necessary pre-screening, and finalize your appointment. Consent to Contact – By requesting an appointment, you authorize a K&I Healthcare representative to contact you via phone, email, or text to discuss your appointment request and provide further information regarding our services. Intake Requirement – All new clients must complete an intake assessment before receiving services. Our team will guide you through this process during your initial contact. Cancellations & Rescheduling – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Privacy & Confidentiality – All information shared with K&I Healthcare is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our internal privacy policies. Emergency Disclaimer – K&I Healthcare does not provide crisis or emergency services through online booking. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate assistance from a crisis helpline.
